Maco C-TS Latch Deadbolt 2 Hooks Split Spindle Multipoint Door Lock

The Maco C-TS multipoint door lock is a high-security locking system designed for uPVC, aluminium, timber, and composite doors. It features 2 hook bolts, 1 latch, and 1 deadbolt, making it ideal for modern residential and commercial door security. The lock uses a split spindle mechanism, allowing for both lever/pad and lever/lever handle operation.

Introduced in 2012, the Maco C-TS replaced the older G-TS range (though they are not a direct swap). It is easily identified by the distinctive rounded edges on both the gearbox and hook cases, as well as the Maco logo stamped into the faceplate.

Faceplate Options

• Available in 16mm and 20mm widths
• Optional "Top Hat" faceplate design with a 24mm cover for a neater finish

Compatibility Notes

While the C-TS series replaces the G-TS locks, they are not directly interchangeable without adjustments. Locking points may differ, so some repositioning of keeps or minor door adjustments may be required during installation.

If your lock resembles a C-TS but the top corner of the gearbox is missing, it is likely a Maco A-TS lock (automatic locking). We also stock replacement Maco A-TS locks.

Hook Locking Types

• Standard uni-directional hook bolts that throw upwards
• Hook bolts with anti-lift pins for enhanced protection against forced entry (requires special keeps)

How to Operate

To lock the door:

• Lift the handle to engage the locking points
• Turn the key to secure the lock and deadbolt

To unlock the door:

• Turn the key to release the lock
• Push the handle down to retract the latch and hooks
