• Easy Identification: Features a large 228mm tall gearbox and upward-throwing hooks, often with anti-lift pins, making it easy to identify.
• Available Backsets: Gearboxes available in 25mm, 28mm (bifold), 35mm, and 45mm. The 45mm version includes an extended latch, deadbolt, and conversion faceplate.
• Spindle & Operation Types: Choose between single spindle (lift lever only) or double spindle (lift lever or nightlatch) with 62mm & 92mm centres. Use sprung handles for unsprung gearboxes.
• Roller Function: 2 adjustable compression rollers improve sealing against dust and water ingress while reducing door warping. Adjustment: ±1mm.
• Corrosion Resistance: Tested to BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 4 (240 hours NSST) for long-lasting durability.

Operation Instructions

To Lock the Door:

1. Lift the handle upwards to engage all locking points.
2. Turn the key to lock the system and engage the deadbolt.

To Unlock the Door:

1. Turn the key to unlock.
2. Push the handle down to retract the locking points and latch.

Additional Notes

• Some older Lockmaster versions may have differently positioned locking points, which may require adjustment of the door prep or repositioning of keeps.
• Early gearboxes had a spindle hole near the latch to hold it back; this feature is no longer included in new versions.
• Hooks always throw upwards and may include anti-lift pins. Hook case height: 136mm. Deadbolt case height: 154mm.
