Product Overview

The Fullex XL multipoint door lock is engineered for superior security, durability, and smooth operation. This specific version features 2 compression rollers, 2 mushroom cams, 1 high-security hook, and a latch, making it ideal for uPVC and aluminium doors.

High-Security Design

Originally developed for high-performance applications, the Fullex XL range is built to deliver maximum strength and protection. Key security features include:

• 1 central upward-throwing hook made from Dacromet-coated A3 sintered steel (approx. 23mm height)
• 2 anti-lift pins crafted from hardened cast steel
• 2 compression rollers to improve sealing and prevent door warping
• 2 mushroom cams for additional engagement and frame grip

Double Spindle Operation

This model uses a double spindle gearbox, allowing for lift-lever locking functionality. Operation steps:

1. Close the door to engage the latch.
2. Lift the handle to activate the hook, rollers, and mushrooms.
3. Turn the key to deadlock the mechanism.

1. Use the key to release the deadlock.
2. Push the handle down to disengage all locking points.
3. A final key turn will retract the latch.

Versatile & Interchangeable

The Fullex XL lock can be used in double spindle, single spindle, or split spindle configurations without altering the door prep. Only the handles may vary. All gearbox types share the same dimensions—227mm high by backset + 15mm wide. The gearbox mounts with three screws spaced 108mm apart.

Easy Identification

The faceplate is stamped with the Fullex logo. The gearbox is easily recognisable by its distinct cut-out on the top corner, visible once removed from the door.

Extendable & PAS24-Compliant

The locking strip is extendable at both ends. When combined with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, the system meets PAS24 standards
