The Fullex XL Multipoint Door Lock is designed for maximum security and long-term durability, making it ideal for uPVC and aluminium doors. This specific model features 2 rollers, 3 hooks, 2 anti-lift pins, and 1 latch for enhanced protection and smooth operation.
Engineered for performance, all Fullex XL locks are equipped with three hooks, two anti-lift bolts, and either two or four roller cams—designed to provide excellent compression and weather sealing.
The XL range supports multiple gearbox configurations, including:

- Split Spindle
These allow for a variety of locking methods such as:

How to Identify a Fullex XL Lock
Each Fullex XL lock is clearly marked with the Fullex logo on the faceplate. When removed from the door, the gearbox features a distinctive cut-out on the top corner, making it easily recognizable.

- Extendable top and bottom ends for greater flexibility
- Compatible with Fullex shoot bolts to meet PAS24 security standards
- Gearboxes available in 35mm and 45mm backsets, all with 227mm height and backset + 15mm width, fixed with three equidistant screws (middle screw 108mm from top and bottom)
- Hooks made of Dacromet-coated A3 sintered steel, approx. 23mm high, throwing upwards
- Faceplate snib allows you to hold the latch open when needed
Hook & Roller Configuration
- Top Hook: Throws downward, with anti-lift pin located above
- Bottom Hook: Throws upward, with anti-lift pin located below
- Rollers: Help compress the door against the frame and improve sealing—adjustable ±1mm to prevent door warping and improve fit
Locking Operation (Double Spindle)
To Lock:
- Close the door to engage the latch
- Lift the handle to activate all locking points
- Turn the key to fully secure the lock
To Unlock:
- Turn the key to disengage the system
- Push the handle down to release locking points
- Turn the key again to retract the latch
