Fullex XL Multipoint Door Lock – 3 Hooks, 2 Anti-Lift Pins, 4 Rollers, Latch – 721mm Top Hook to Spindle

The Fullex XL multipoint door lock is equipped with 4 rollers, 3 hooks, 1 latch, and 2 anti-lift bolts for enhanced security on uPVC and aluminium doors.

Designed from the ground up for superior performance, all Fullex XL locks feature three hooks, two steel anti-lift pins, and either two or four roller cams. This configuration ensures smooth operation and high compression sealing.

These multipoint locks are compatible with double, single, or split spindle gearboxes, allowing use as lift lever locks, double spindle nightlatches, or split spindle nightlatches depending on the model. Door preparation remains consistent across all models, although double spindle locks require different handles.

XL locks can be identified by the Fullex logo on the faceplate and a distinctive cut-out at the top corner of the gearbox.

The Fullex XL range includes several lock configurations with differing positions for hooks, rollers, and anti-lift pins in relation to the spindle. Please verify your measurements against our specifications before ordering.

Each lock is adjustable at both ends for installation flexibility. When used with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, the system meets PAS24 security standards.

Gearbox Specifications

Fullex XL gearboxes are available in 35mm and 45mm backsets, with single, double, and split spindle options. All gearboxes share the same dimensions: 227mm height and backset + 15mm width. They attach to the lock strip using three evenly spaced screws (center screw 108mm from top and bottom).

The upward-throwing hook is made from Dacromet-coated A3 sintered steel, approximately 23mm in height. Gearboxes also feature a snib on the faceplate for latch holdback.

Hook & Roller Details

Hooks are chrome-plated, hardened A3 cast steel, each paired with a matching anti-lift pin. The top hook throws downward with the anti-lift pin above, while the bottom hook throws upward with the anti-lift pin below.

Rollers offer compression to reduce drafts, dust, and water ingress. While they don’t increase security, they help maintain door alignment and reduce warping. Rollers are adjustable by ±1mm for optimal sealing.

Operation (Split Spindle)

• To lock: Lift the handle to engage locking points, then turn the key to secure.
• To unlock: Turn the key to release, then push the handle down to retract latch and locking points.
