The Fullex XL multipoint door lock is engineered for superior security and performance. This model includes 3 hooks, 2 steel anti-lift bolts, 2 compression rollers, and 1 central latch, offering robust locking and smooth door operation.
Designed for Durability and Versatility
Originally developed for maximum protection, the XL lock range includes configurations with either two or four rollers for enhanced compression and a smoother close. It supports double spindle, single spindle, and split spindle gearbox types, allowing use as a lift lever lock, double spindle nightlatch, or split spindle nightlatch. All models share the same door preparation, simplifying replacements (note: double spindle versions may require different handles).
Identification
Fullex XL locks can be easily identified by the Fullex logo stamped on the faceplate. Once removed from the door, the gearbox reveals a distinctive cut-out on the top corner, unique to the XL model.
Variations & Compatibility
These locks come in several configurations, with hooks, anti-lift bolts, and rollers located in different positions depending on the variant. Always measure carefully and refer to our specifications to ensure compatibility with your current lock.
Extendability & Security
The Fullex XL is fully extendable at the top and bottom. When combined with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, the complete system is PAS24-compliant, making it suitable for high-security applications.

Hooks & Anti-Lift Bolts
The hooks are made from chrome-plated A3 hardened cast steel and are paired with anti-lift bolts made from the same material:
- Top Hook: Throws downward, anti-lift bolt above
- Bottom Hook: Throws upward, anti-lift bolt below
Rollers
Includes two compression rollers that help pull the door tightly against the frame, improving weather sealing and reducing door warping. While they do not offer significant security benefits, they assist with alignment and environmental resistance. Rollers are adjustable by ±1mm for optimal sealing.
Operation – Double Spindle Version
To Lock the Door:
- Close the door to engage the latch.
- Lift the handle to engage all locking points.
- Turn the key to secure the system.
To Unlock the Door:
- Turn the key to release the lock.
- Push the handle down to disengage the locking points.
- Turn the key again to retract the latch.
