Application: Holds door latch keep striker adjustment plates onto full lock plates
Screw Diameter: 4.0mm x 10
Sold in bags of 10 (10 x 4.0mm bolts ' 8mm long)
Philips head screw head
The older door lock plate keeps were fitted with a little grub screw bolt and nut that allows the keep to be adjusted so that the opening sash can be pulled into the outer frame as required. Over time this upvc door latch keep bolt works loose as the door is open and closed and the nut drops down inside the upvc system and the little bolt falls out never to be seen again. These bolts have been sourced for such situations to be able to repair the full length keep plate. The bolts used were usually 4.0mm bolt and once lost is hard to ascertain which size bolt is required therefore we have created a bag of 10 of the most common size.
