The Fullex XL multipoint door lock is a high-security locking solution designed for uPVC and aluminium doors. This model features 4 compression rollers, 3 hardened steel hooks, 2 anti-lift bolts, and 1 latch for optimal security and smooth operation.
Secure & Versatile Design
The Fullex XL range was engineered for strength and durability. It includes three hooks and two anti-lift pins made from hardened steel. Depending on the model, it may include either two or four roller cams for effective compression and smoother door closure.
The XL lock is available in single, double, or split spindle configurations, allowing you to use it as a lift-lever lock or nightlatch-style system. Regardless of the spindle type, all models share the same door preparation, making upgrades or replacements easy. Double spindle versions may require different door handles.
Easy to Identify
You can identify a Fullex XL lock by the Fullex logo on the faceplate and a distinctive cut-out on the top corner of the gearbox when removed from the door.
Extendable and PAS24 Ready
Every XL lock is extendable at both ends to suit various door heights. When combined with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, the lock system can meet PAS24 requirements and is Secured by Design approved.

Hook & Anti-Lift Configuration
- Central hook throws upward (23mm high, Dacromet-coated A3 sintered steel)
- Top hook throws down with anti-lift pin above
- Bottom hook throws up with anti-lift pin below
- All hooks and pins are chrome-plated A3 hardened cast steel
Roller Cams for Compression
The four adjustable rollers (±1mm) pull the door tightly against the frame, improving weather sealing and helping prevent door warping. While they add little to the lock’s security, they are essential for compression and proper door alignment.
Operation
To lock the door:
- Lift the handle to engage the locking points
- Turn the key to secure the deadbolt and lock the system
To unlock the door:
- Turn the key to release the deadbolt
- Push the handle down to disengage the locking points and retract the latch

- Corrosion Resistance: BS EN 1670 Grade 4 (240-hour salt spray tested)
- Cycle Tested: 200,000 operations
- Meets requirements for Secured by Design and PAS24 (when installed in a compliant door set)
