Manufactured from high quality stainless steel, the hinge is designed for high performance on all window types and sizes. The pointed sash arm and nylon end cap together provide an excellent gasket compression and smooth engagement. Rigorously tested in accordance with BS EN 13126-6:2008 and BS 6375-1:2009 to ensure maximum carrying weights in maximum size windows meet the criteria for lasting safe performance of the stay. The security performance of the hinge may be enhanced by the fitting of hingeguard protection plates or dog bolts. The anthracite grey end cap and nylon components enhances the look of the stay in a window.
PAS 024 security performance may be obtained in conjunction with an ERA hingeguard.
