Key Features

4 Compression Rollers & 1 Hook Locking Point

This lock features four rollers to improve door sealing, reduce warping, and guard against dust and moisture. The rollers are typically adjustable by ±1mm for a precise fit. A single central hook provides enhanced security, throwing upward to resist forced entry.

High-Security Hook with Anti-Lift Pins

The centre hook is constructed from Dacromet-coated A3 sintered steel and measures approximately 23mm in height. It works alongside hardened cast steel anti-lift pins—one positioned above the top hook and one below the bottom hook—for added protection against levering attacks.

Split Spindle Operation

This version uses a split spindle mechanism, ideal for nightlatch-style door setups:

• To lock the door: lift the handle to engage the rollers and hook, then turn the key to deadlock.
• To unlock: turn the key and push the handle down to retract the latch, rollers, and hook.

Versatile & Interchangeable Design

Fullex XL locks are available in 35mm and 45mm backsets and support single, double, and split spindle configurations. All gearboxes measure 227mm high and backset + 15mm wide. They attach to the lock strip using three screws, evenly spaced 108mm apart.

Easy to Identify

The faceplate is clearly stamped with the Fullex logo. Once removed from the door, the XL gearbox is easy to identify by the distinctive cut-out on the top corner.

Extendable & PAS24-Compliant

The locking strip is extendable at the top and bottom, and when used with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, the full system can meet PAS24 compliance requirements.

Latch Hold-Back Feature

Includes a snib on the faceplate that allows the latch to be held back when needed.

Tested for Durability

This Fullex XL lock is tested to BS EN 1670 Grade 4 for 240-hour corrosion resistance and 200,000+ cycle operations, meeting Secured by Design requirements when used on a compliant door set.

Latch Reversal Instructions

To reverse the latch, simply remove the retaining screw, rotate the latch, then reinsert and secure the screw.
