The Fullex XL Multipoint Door Lock is engineered for high security and dependable performance, making it ideal for uPVC and aluminium doors. This specific model includes 4 rollers, 3 hooks, 2 anti-lift bolts, and 1 latch, with the top hook positioned 630mm above the spindle.
Designed with security and versatility in mind, all Fullex XL locks come equipped with three hooks, two anti-lift pins, and either two or four adjustable rollers for enhanced compression and smooth door operation.
The XL series offers multiple configurations: double spindle, single spindle, and split spindle gearboxes. This allows for a range of locking functions, including lift lever, double spindle nightlatch, or split spindle nightlatch modes. Despite the variation in functionality, all models share the same door prep (note: double spindle variants may require different handles), ensuring simple lock interchangeability.
Easy Identification: Fullex XL locks feature the Fullex logo stamped on the faceplate. Once removed from the door, the gearbox is recognizable by its cut-out top corner—a unique characteristic of this model.

- Extendable top and bottom for maximum flexibility
- Compatible with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, enabling compliance with PAS24 security standards
- Available in 35mm and 45mm backsets
- Gearbox dimensions: 227mm height x backset + 15mm width
- Secured with three equidistant screws (middle screw 108mm from top and bottom)
- Hook manufactured from Dacromet-coated A3 sintered steel (approx. 23mm high), throws upwards
- Faceplate includes a snib to hold back the latch when needed
Hook & Roller Configuration:
- Top Hook: Throws downward, anti-lift pin above
- Bottom Hook: Throws upward, anti-lift pin below
- Rollers: Positioned for full-height support, help with compression and weather sealing; adjustable by ±1mm to ensure tight fit and prevent door warping
Locking Operation (Double Spindle):
- Close the door to automatically engage the latch
- Lift the handle to activate all locking points
- Turn the key to fully secure the lock
Unlocking:
- Turn the key to unlock the system
- Push the handle down to release the locking points
- Turn the key again to retract the latch
