Enhance your door security with the Fullex XL 2+2 Multipoint Door Lock, engineered for high performance and maximum protection. This advanced locking system features 3 hooks, 2 deadbolts, and 1 latch, making it ideal for securing uPVC and aluminium doors.

Key Features:

• 3 High-Security Hooks and 2 Reinforced Deadbolts: Each deadbolt is positioned beside a hook for added resistance against forced entry.
• Double Spindle Operation: Designed exclusively with a double spindle gearbox, the Fullex XL 2+2 can operate as either a lift lever lock or a split spindle nightlatch, depending on your door handle configuration.
• Unique Gearbox Design: Easily identifiable by the cut-out top corner of the gearbox and the stamped Fullex logo on the faceplate.
• Extendable System: Extendable top and bottom; compatible with Fullex high-security shootbolts to meet PAS24 standards.
• Durable Construction:
  • Gearbox dimensions: 227mm (H) x Backset + 15mm (W)
  • Secured with 3 evenly spaced screws (middle screw 108mm from top and bottom)
  • Upward-throwing centre hook made from Dacromet-coated A3 sintered steel, approx. 23mm tall
• Latch Hold-Back Feature: Integrated snib on the faceplate allows latch to be held back when needed.

Hook and Deadbolt Configuration:

• Top hook throws downward with the deadbolt above it
• Bottom hook throws upward with the deadbolt below it
• Hooks made from chrome-plated A3 hardened cast steel for superior strength

Lock Operation – Double Spindle:

To Lock:

1. Close the door – the latch will engage automatically
2. Lift the handle to activate the hooks and deadbolts
3. Turn the key to secure the lock

To Unlock:

1. Turn the key to release the locking points
2. Push the handle down to retract the hooks and deadbolts
3. Turn the key again to retract the latch

Corrosion & Durability:

• Corrosion Resistance: BS EN 1670 Grade 4 (tested for 240 hours)
• Cycle Tested: Endurance tested to over 200,000 operations

Latch Reversal:

To reverse the latch, simply undo the retaining screw, remove and rotate the latch, then reinsert and secure the screw.
